In last weeks email I spoke about something that’s close to my heart: burnout.
If you haven’t already, I encourage you to scroll back and check out part 1 of this episode of Bubbling Out , to better understand the signs of burnout.
In the first episode, I shared some exercises to help you recognize if you’re heading down the burnout path.

Now, in this episode, we’re diving deep into what to do when you’re already in the midst of burnout.
Trust me; you’re not alone. Many of us in the tech and Web3 industry face this at some point, given the high-pressure environment we work in, but it doesn't have to become the 'norm'.
Taking Action Against Burnout
The first step is to pause.
Ask yourself, “Do I want to feel like this for another five years?” Picture your future self.
If the answer is a resounding “no,” it’s time to take action.
Get Support
Lean on your support network—whether it’s your partner, friends, or colleagues. Delegate tasks that overwhelm you. It’s okay to ask for help.

Recharge Your Batteries
When you take a break, prioritize sleep and nature. Sleep is essential for healing, and spending time in nature can provide much-needed solace. Forget about learning and self-development for now; focus on rest.
Seek Professional Help
If you can, consider working with a coach or therapist. Deep meditation and self-exploration can help unearth the root causes of your burnout.
Create a Plan
This journey is personal, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. In this episode I share my experiences, and a few exercises and a plan to get you out of the burnout hole.
Remember, you’re not alone in this, and there’s a way forward.
