The time has come for children to start looking red eyed and scratching their heads. Examinations are just around the corner and it is the parents who are having palpitations. It is the finals and so the effort has to be a little extra just as the runner does in the last fifty meters of the race. The only difference is that it is the brain racing against time and not the legs. The best and coolest way to go around this fortnight ordeal is to sit down and make a plan.As each subject is important one cannot take things lightly. The best way is to schedule the time for each subject with a half an hour break between two subjects. After doing one subject, take a stretch, a walk around the house or go out for some fresh air. The results will be dramatic. One will feel much lighter when going in for the next subject.Do likewise for each subject and one will find that the retention power has increased while the pressure has eased away.Try and avoid coffee during studies. It will not help you to stay awake. In fact it could lead to acidity and a heavy head. A glass of chilled milk will be more soothing.Best of luck
