An important factor to consider in this context, particularly affecting skilled linguists in regional languages, is the issue of monetization. Indian languages often receive significantly lower compensation, which can discourage even those willing to contribute, given the disparity between the effort required and the financial rewards. In my humble opinion, one potential solution could be the establishment of a formal Indian Language Certification and a structured Commercial Framework.
