Doesn’t it get tiring?

This constant need to differentiate yourself?

Do you feel like you’re in a hamster wheel, running endlessly?

It looks like you take one short break to catch your breath — and competition overtakes, just like that.

It seems like you are always climbing uphill with no descent in sight.

Isn’t slowing down seen as a setback, even defeat?

  1. Do it for yourself, for the love of doing it.
  2. Do not look for external validation. When it arrives, embrace it.
  3. There is definitely a need to stand out, be known for one thing. This one thing is something you have a natural talent for. Be it personal or professional.
  4. With limited time, money and resources, what we ought to focus on is our strengths. Our natural talent where we are really good at. Here, we can become better, and best.
  5. When the need for external pat-on-the-back/approval stops, it feels like a big load is off your shoulders. This in turn, feeds creativity and production.
  6. Create, and publish. Let it free. The content will find those with the right intent (clients, collaborators, peers).
  7. When you establish triggers, rituals, and a clear publishing calendar, there is no tiring. It is only a challenge to look forward to, the creation, and the release.
  8. With both my kids out of the house, someone asked me if I am an empty nester. I repeat what I read somewhere, that no, I am a bird releaser! What a positive phrasing and frame of mind. With our natural ability, we also need to become “releasers” to let out what we have inside to the universe.
  9. When we do this consistently, we will stand out. Be noticed for that one thing. And a small tribe will form around us. A tribe of love, that will spread the word about us in their circles. Yes, this is engineering word of mouth but that is a positive byproduct. The main outcome is to know who you are, be who you are and consistently show who you are.

?????? ???????????????? ???????? ????????????????.

Followers will find you, as you will find others to follow and learn from.

There is no tiring here—only creativity, publishing, and resonance.
