Buncombe Home Watch of Asheville, North Carolina, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Except for his time in the U.S. Air Force, owner Lee Bailey, a local to Asheville, has had the privilege of living his whole life in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. He was introduced to Home Watch services by his mentor, who performed home checks in the area before permanently moving to Florida himself. Lee has always loved real estate and has an ardor for service. He found Home Watch as a second career after a successful early retirement from operations management at a Fortune 200 corporation.

Lee has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional and has graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Lee’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Lee enjoys Home Watch because he’s out in the fresh air and able to enjoy charming towns of the Western North Carolina mountains. He likes helping people and taking care of their properties.
