Being consistent with your fitness routine, day in and day out, is hard, if you have NO Live accountability coaching and you are just left to follow "The Plan" like the guy/gal in the picture you aspire to be! Really ? You started this plan to look like someone else???

So why does it sound so easy the "6 week Shredded Plan" The PT in the movie with his top off said he/she did this and have helped over 1500 people in 6 months!!!! and siad he/she was qualified!!!
DO THE MATH 1500 in 6 months is 250 people every single month so just by month3 they are saying they are servicing over 750 people (Personally or Generically??)
Now I’m speaking from experience, NO BULLSHIT NO SMOKE SCREENS, no Generic plans and it has taken me over 12 years to help transform over 800+ lives, PERSONALLY! (Thats actually 5.4 clients each month)
