The Challenge: In March, BODD faced a challenge with inventory levels, as 9 out of their 14 bestsellers were sold out by the 10th of the month.??
The Solution: The 6Degree team stepped in with a detailed SKU-wise inventory replenishment plan, broken down by size and colour. With the help of data and market trends, the brand replenished its bestsellers and potential bestsellers within two weeks.?
The Result: BODD achieved a remarkable 46% growth in per-day revenue.??
Amul Sporto:?
The Challenge:?Sporto faced low revenue growth due to a lack of understanding of the Indian customer mindset and their tipping points regarding innerwear.?
The Solution: To address this challenge, we did a detailed dissemination of annual report findings to the entire team and conducted secondary research about innerwear. This enabled the brand better to understand the Indian customer mindset and their tipping points. We made multi-packs, changed the focus of our ads from product-centric to audience-centric, and made the website more summer-ready by giving prime retail space to soft, light-coloured breezy innerwear.?
The Results: The solutions we implemented resulted in a 95% growth in revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS), indicating a significant improvement in the brand's performance.??

On 14th April, we organised a walk-in for tech freshers at our Bangalore office and got an overwhelming response. We identified some excellent young talent and offered them on-spot jobs.
