No Bull & Bracing = #truEdinburgh
Sorry it's late! Well delayed at least on here... and just in case you don't know what #tru is: The Recruiting UnConference - learn more from the trumunity here,
So last week - April 27th - the First #truEdinburgh took place and it was a great success. The term I use is:
BRACING
Not only because of the weather during my journey up, also the viewpoints, conversations, discussions and ideas from an excellent mixture of attendees who's background & experience in Recruitment/HR/Tech ranged from MD's , CEO's, Senior & Junior Practitioners, Disrupter's, Solution Providers, Local Authority, Private Sector, InHouse, 3PR, Search, Sourcing, Associations, etc...[sorry if I missed anyone out] and everyone ensured the day passed by in the blink of an eye...

Finally as the title says - No Bull - one the reasons I like the UnConference format is that every voice has same level of value and there is no BS or inflated ego's - even thought leaders can be [and were] challenged by others, & Bracing - invigorating, refreshing, stimulating, energising, restorative, reviving, etc...
