In Dubai, renowned developer Meraas has initiated the construction of Bulgari Lighthouse, a residential property situated on Jumeira Bay Island. The 27-story building will comprise four and five-bedroom penthouses, marking Bulgari's third collaborative venture with Meraas. As the penthouses expand in size and opulence, notable features will include private pools, dedicated lift access, air-conditioned garages, and expansive terraces.

The standout feature of the property, according to Meraas' press release, will be the Sky Villa Penthouse. Spanning seven bedrooms across three floors of Bulgari Lighthouse, this penthouse will boast a rooftop garden, two private pools, outdoor living areas, and more.

Situated on the beachfront of the six-million-square-foot Jumeira Bay Island, the property is envisioned as the "epitome of luxury beachfront living." The completion of this lavish project is scheduled for 2027.
