Buildings that Look like Diamonds : Golestan Palace

The Golestan Palace or also known as the Palace of Flowers is part of a group of royal buildings dating back as early as the 1500’s. Located in Tehran, Iran; this complex includes museums, palaces and grand halls complete with erected thrones and archives and gifts from many years ago. One of the most memorable features in the ceiling that illuminates from the sky is the mirror work of Iranian artisans. This remarkable job was so detailed and placed so consistently that it looks likes there are actual diamonds illuminating from the ceiling. We here at VDB are all about diamond interiors.
