Building a strong professional brand takes a s..t ton of work. And, very often, people wait until they need a strong brand to start creating. Let us be clear: if you wait until you need it, you waited too long.

  • Third, now it's time to start feeding the AI prompts for the different types of content you need - a fresh bio, some social media updates, maybe blog post outlines. But don't just say "write me a bio." Give it clear parameters like word count, tone, what to focus on or avoid. The more specific, the better.
  • Finally, and this is crucial, be prepared to put in the work editing and iterating on the AI's output. AI produces the output that you use to create the outcome. Output is AI + inputs, outcome is impact. And impact is not outputs. That first AI-generated draft won't be perfect. But play around with it - tweak, rephrase, add your own flair. Keep pushing the AI with feedback on what nailed your brand voice and what missed the mark.

One of the beauties of AI is how easy it becomes to repurpose that core content across multiple channels. A blog post can become tweets, an email newsletter, talking points, you name it. Just prompt the AI to repackage it.

And the more you use and edit the AI's work, the more it will automatically start to understand and adapt to your brand's unique voice over time. It's a constant refinement process.

At the end of the day, the AI is just a productivity multiplier - it's still you defining and steering your authentic professional narrative. Use the AI's capabilities to your advantage, but never lose sight of injecting your own human expertise, personality and oversight.
