Just to take you back a bit on how I got started, I jumped into the REI world by attending a Grant Cardone 10X program several years ago which got me excited about the journey. Next, I went straight into the Fortune Builders program , which grounded me in many of the basics around REI with some amazing workshops and boot camps on many of the topics. Following that, I joined Pace Morby's Subto Mentorship program , which took it to another level in the creative financing world and honed my skills in talking with sellers. I have since been involved in numerous other programs, however, much more focused on specific areas.

Speaking of mentorship, let me share a little nugget of wisdom from my own journey. I've been there, done that, and I'm still actively participating in mentorship programs and masterminds to sharpen my skills and rub shoulders with the brightest minds in the biz.
