Building a Third Culture Podcast

I was recently invited to do a podcast with my friend Allessandria Pilozzi who runs Verdant Consulting. I spoke about an experience I had a few years ago in helping build a unique, third culture in a joint venture between two large and successful companies, one American and the other Indian. In the podcast I recount the steps of the process, as well as key learnings, such as ensuring ownership by the local team. This was one of my all time favorite projects in my career and I'm happy to share the experience and the learnings. My long-time friend Dave Eaton was my third party partner on this project and a key part of it's success.
