Introduction
With over 15 years of experience in the electric fan industry, effective supplier management is crucial for our success.
Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships significantly enhances product quality, delivery reliability, financial stability, and efficient space utilization.
To expand our business, identifying the right suppliers is essential, as it enables us to attract and serve the right customers.
Communication Strategies
Clear and strategic communication with suppliers is vital for coordinating material deliveries:
Small Orders:
For orders like 1,000 grille sets, we specify a 15-day delivery window or set a fixed delivery date (e.g., September 20, 2024) with payment upon receipt.
Large Orders:
For larger orders, such as 100,000 grille sets, we implement a staggered delivery schedule—10,000 sets on September 20, 2024, followed by monthly shipments of 20,000 sets.
We provide suppliers with exact delivery dates by the 10th of each month. If delivery times cannot be confirmed by then, suppliers await further instructions.
Payments are made within 30 days of receiving delivery notices, fostering trust and enabling suppliers to offer competitive pricing.
This communication strategy ensures suppliers effectively manage their production schedules and aligns payment terms with our financial processes, building mutual trust and enhancing pricing agreements.
Supplier Performance Evaluation
Every 7 to 10 days, we assess suppliers based on feedback from our warehouse, quality inspection, and procurement teams, focusing on:

Value of Strong Supplier Partnerships
Long-term suppliers offer valuable market insights, aiding in timely seasonal shipment planning.
For instance, in 2023, a supplier alerted us to a potential grille shortage in 2024.
Proactively, we stocked 20,000 Auto Fan grilles, 5,000 18-inch industrial grilles, and 50,000 regular grilles monthly, three months in advance.
Despite heightened market demand leading to early sales, our preparation resulted in only a seven-day delivery delay, avoiding significant shipment disruptions.
Additionally, we provided financial support to our trusted suppliers, reinforcing mutual trust.
Our baseboard and fan blade suppliers, with over a decade of collaboration, offer flexibility in fund and space management.
By preparing shipment plans in advance, suppliers efficiently ready materials and deliver upon notification, ensuring reliable support and timely deliveries.
