This is part two of how to keep clients happy for the long term. ??

  1. Make sure you educate your client on what you’re doing for them. ?? Many clients are in a different industry than you are, so they don’t know what all the back-end details and the nuances are going to be, but many times, that work takes a lot of time, so you need to educate them on what you are doing, and the time it takes
  2. Communicate ?? If a client has questions, email, text, or call them back, but also be specific about what turnaround time they can expect and from what source.?
  3. Make good on promises ??
