As 2025 begins, bringing with it numerous challenges for founders and businesses of color, we at Wocstar are committed to pushing forward by focusing on our strengths. This January, our team came together for an inspiring retreat centered around the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment guided by the incredible Heidi Guest. This transformative experience helped us uncover our unique abilities and explore how we can use them to uplift one another, foster collaboration, and drive Wocstar forward with purpose and resilience.I share this with you in the hope that as you navigate 2025, you do so with a mindset of abundance, strength, and unwavering confidence in your abilities, talents, and the network of allies you have built. Highlights From Our Retreat:

We explored how to use our individual strengths to help facilitate stronger collaborations, team brainstorming, and project management. Moving beyond the traditional ways corporations do business based on titles and roles. For instance:
