There is something special about building a company on shared value versus extraction of value. A small business owned by a woman listened to my dreams and aspirations as she prepared our logos and some branding ideas for one of our business. She completed the task well ahead of time and we thought that was the end. But weeks later, this outstanding business woman remembered our dream and our aspirations for the business we started. She sent us information relating to what we were building. She did not have to. She sent us events that related to our sector. She did not have to. We realised that she was no longer just a graphic designer to us. She had added so much value to our business beyond what she really had to that we decided to also help her to expand her business. It has been an exciting journey. Be a builder of shared value you will experience exponential growth in time.
