STANDARD OPERATION PLAN (SOP)?
On regular days, the Intercom system assists with everyday operations, easing the workload. For instance, if a truck arrives at your company’s entrance, the system will help the driver to immediately find the correct contact person and guides him the way. It also enhances access control for the warehouse, production facilities, etc.
EMERGENCY OPERATION PLAN (EOP)?
Emergencies are unpredictable, such as a truck loaded with chemicals crashing near your premises. It’s not an everyday situation, but what would happen now?? With an ASBIS, handling the situation becomes manageable: One click on a pre-defined emergency scenario initiates the process according to the EOP, ensuring documentable and traceable procedures.
