Building & scaling products from 0 to 1 Million downloads

5 techniques that I’ve always considered during a product scale, From 0 to 1M Downloads:

  1. Qualitative analysis for designing wireframes & user experience.
  2. Ad-hoc growth strategies like WhatsApp groups reach, google search, SMS broadcasts & Push notifications. 
  3. Correlation analysis for user feedback gathered from Playstore or any other mediums.
  4. Mapping each feature with respective KPIs & Success metrics and then iterative analysis over the results.
  5. Referral engine & rewards at the MVP level only.

2. Agritech product for Farmers outreach -- 1M+ Downloads -- B2C domain

3. Fintech product for p2p payments for Oman region -- 10K+ Downloads -- B2C domain

4. Fintech product for p2p payments, Online recharges for Singapore region -- 10K+ Downloads -- B2C domain

6. Whitegoods & Paytm cash gratification through QR Codes -- 10K+ Downloads -- B2C domain

5. Instant cash gratification through QR Codes -- ~1K Downloads -- B2B domain

7. CRM & KYC users management -- ~1K Downloads -- B2B domain

Note: Above products were developed/ managed for the clients/ customers that I've worked with previously. I've led the product development lifecycle for the above products leading a team of 10 - 15 members.
