This was February 2024 for me.?

But believe me, I didn’t want to blink because a lot of amazing things happened at Hiire.

We onboarded a new client, have a new member of the team, and keep on improving our presence online.

B2B

New onboarding: Siemens Mobility?

After a lot of chats and meetings we started to work with Siemens. We are very proud to hire for such an iconic brand. Their tech challenges are big but if it was easy, others would be able to do it. It’s just the beginning of the collaboration but sounds very promising.?

Ongoing projects

Client #1: Secil

Secil invited us again to help with one very important role. It’s not open yet so next month we will have more news but it’s something different to what we are used to and quite important for the development of Secil and Portugal, so we couldn’t be more excited about it.?

Client #2: Probely

We could have started with Probely this month because Beatriz just did 2 placements for them! Their React team got an upgrade, and we hired the 1st HR person for them as well. The cybersecurity company is safe for now!?

Client 3#: Pur’ple

Our pursuit for their Fullstack developer continues but we have a very promising candidate in the final stage, I believe we will have very positive news soon.?

Client 4#: Piggy

The Dutch startup continues to grow. We have 3 roles with them, quite technical and special and we had the first group of interviews, the search continues!?

Our team

With more clients looking for our services, we need to be 110% committed and with a strong and ready team.

With Siemens joining us, we needed to expand our team, and this month we welcomed a new Senior Recruiter for our team.

Welcome Jo?o álvaro, our newest hire, ready to, alongside our team, bring the best talent for Siemens. Funny thing, we worked together in Jason Associates and now we are working again after 7-8 years following each other's careers. Very excited already with Jo?o’s contribution.?

Our presence on social media

In case you haven’t been up-to-speed with what Hiire has been doing - I don’t blame you, February flew by in an instant -, I bring you a quick update.

Now that we have reinforced our marketing department, we have been focusing on having a professional look and feel while retaining the same “essence” of what Hiire is.

Our YouTube channel got a recent makeover and I’m really proud of it. It feels that we’re slowly getting there in terms of having unique and consistent branding and messaging.?

This excites me specially because we are going to continue to focus on video content in the years to come. Having a house for all our content, carefully curated, is something that we needed.
