2024 is here!! In just one month a lot of things happened.

It’s time for another edition of our newsletter! The year has started strongly for Hiire but as always, there are ups and downs. So let’s talk about those:

B2B

The year started really well. Between interviews and business development meetings, we already spoke with +100 people only in January. We closed an ERP consultant that we started last year and we just started with a new and exciting Dutch client.

Client #1: Piggy

They are our new Dutch client. We did a kick-off meeting last week and we started to hire 1 Senior Fullstack and 1 Senior DevOps. They are a very fun team to work with and they are building a system that allows companies to improve their customer satisfaction. Starting the year with them it’s the right sign that 2024 will be amazing.

Client #2: School Year

Another amazing Dutch client, this time innovating in the education area - we are looking for a very specific SRE, and a lot of interviews and sourcing to do - it’s not easy but the collaboration has been improving weekly and a few promising interviews are happening.?

Client 3#: Probebly

Our favourite cybersecurity company at the moment. We have been interviewing a bunch of great React developers for them and we also opened a position for their 1st HR person. Helping them to grow has been a pleasure since their feedback culture and collaboration are just great

Client 4#: Pur’ple

I know, I’m biased because we only work with great clients but Pur’ple is really innovating in the HR space. After we found a great candidate who decided to not move forward, we already found 2 more to interview. The battle is big in this field but we are giving everything in our power to get a great match.?

Client 5# Unlockit

In my point of view, the Blockchain field is just starting and the real estate market is already benefiting from it. Finding the right Marketing person is key to their success. Marketing has a lot of candidates but also a lot of them are not motivated enough to work in the field or they don’t have the right skills - we keep talking with interesting people though!?

Career Advisory

Last but not least, we just launched our new edition of the career advisory program! At the moment, we are working with several clients from last year’s edition and this week we start with a very senior profile en route to upgrade their skills.
