Building Progress: From Foundation to Future Functionality
The Story Behind Our Slab Casting
On November 25, 2024, the nearly 1,000-square-meter slab was successfully cast and now awaits the delivery of the steel structure. Post-casting, the slab was polished as a preparatory step for its final finish: a durable concrete surface protected with a wear-resistant lacquer, designed to withstand heavy use in the warehouse area.
As you can see in the image, the slab features an extension in the lower corner—this is where our new goods reception area will be constructed. The placement was a natural choice, enabling us to separate pedestrian traffic from heavy vehicle traffic in the yard while optimizing internal goods flow. Moving the packing stations to a more central location in the building improves efficiency and enhances the working environment by reducing potential safety risks.
The steel for the structure is scheduled for delivery in week 45, and assembling the framework into a fully enclosed building is expected to take approximately three months.
