BUILDING PERMIT APPROVED FOR A HIGH-PROFILE RESTAURANT BUILD ON 17TH AVENUE DOWNTOWN
The Pircon Group team has achieved a major milestone for this project.
After a long wait on city approvals and review, a HIGH PROFILE Restaurant Project on 17th Avenue located at the Fifth Avenue Building will begin construction.
Due to confidentiality, the name of the Project will not be released; however, the Pircon Group has been placed on the task of Designing and Building this high-profile restaurant on Calgary’s Red Mile. This project is located on the Commercial Retail Unit of the Fifth Avenue Building close to Nationals on 4th Street.
The Project Managers assigned to this project are Adeel Pirzada and Chris McDonald, both of whom have a proven track record of building successful projects in Calgary’s Downtown Core. Notable Downtown projects that the Pircon Group has successfully completed include Social Beer Haus on Stephens Avenue and FireNIce Lounge on 17th Avenue, both major hot spots for nightlife in the city.
