Sinead Farrelly, Group Head of People

We are excited to welcome Sinead Farrelly to the Broadlake team as our new Group Head of People. Sinead will join us from February 2024 and will help us build out our strategic HR infrastructure. With her invaluable experience and proven track record of success, she will support Broadlake in realising the potential of our 4,000+ people. Sinead will focus on strengthening the key pillars of strategic workforce planning and development, culture and engagement and organisational design principles.

Prior to joining us, Sinead was Director of People and Culture at IMI (Irish Management Institute) driving a culture of HR operational excellence, learning, development, and engagement across the organisation.

Having also held senior national and international roles at Leaseplan Digital, Apleona?HSG Ltd and Mazda Motor Ireland, her career has been forged in businesses that have gone through significant fast paced growth, required ongoing change and seen their success fueled by the intersection of people, culture and technology.

Colin McDonagh, CFO

We are so delighted to announce that Colin McDonagh has been appointed as our new CFO. We are extremely proud of Colin, having watched him grow and seen his professional and personal progress over the last almost 10 years in TTM Healthcare Group, a Broadlake company.

Colin has been instrumental in growing TTM into a leading International Workforce Solutions,?Healthcare Workforce Solutions and Healthcare Process Outsourcing business. During his time in TTM he has gained invaluable experience in scaling and growing businesses, international acquisitions, technology, transformation and growth strategies, all of which he will now share with the leaders and teams across our group of our 7 business.

This is a critical role to help us realise our ambition and vision of 3X10X and Colin will be central to our growth and expansion into the future.

Megan Morrissey, EA to CEO & COO

We are absolutely thrilled to announce Megan Morrissey as Executive Assistant to Pete Smyth & Brian Crowley.

We are delighted to say that Megan joined the Broadlake Family in May 2023. Over that time we have learned that if you want have a happy workplace, it helps to have excellent support around you. Her experience and people-centred "can do" attitude has been an amazing addition to our company.

Joining us from McNulty, leading performance consultants, her background is in high performance sport, event planning and education. Megan has already made a significant impact across our businesses.
