Building An Online Business Community Focussed on Members Needs

I'm thinking of hosting a business community where I share my knowledge and experience with members and also help to support businesses as they grow and flourish.

This idea has come from conversations over the last few months with business owners who are looking for support, be it a sounding board, some accountability to get things done or a skill which they need to move their business forward.

I'm thinking of a community which is very member focussed so that the founding members are able to give their feedback and ideas to shape the community going forward. I have some initial ideas which include having masterclasses, inspirational speakers, interviews with members, possibly a podcast for members to showcase their expertise, maybe even a member magazine. I'm completely open to ideas and want to shape the community so that members get the support that they need. The community will be online so you will have access 24/7 together with the support of a private FB group to ask questions, have live Q&A sessions and also be able to book calls with me as and when you want to.
