Building the next Generation of Leaders

Last Friday, I had a privileged to deliver my 2nd leadership Training session for school Perfects at Juba Commercial Secondary School.

The students were so interactive and participated overwhelmingly. This trainings aims to equip student leaders on leadership traits to be able to realise their leadership potentials as early as possible.

I was abled to train them on different types of leadership, qualities of good leaders, important of working as a team or group as well as understanding self and others.

Next, I will cover, Effective Communication Skill, Public Speaking and Presentation Skill.
