Building my Professional Brand and my Social Selling Index

Throughout the Personal Selling course with Professor Stefanie Boyer, PhD?? Boyer, I learned about the importance of a strong professional brand and how to improve it using LinkedIn's Social Selling Index (SSI). At the beginning of the semester, my SSI score was 16, and I had 96 LinkedIn connections. However, through my involvement in various networking events and sales competitions, I was able to expand my professional network and gain valuable knowledge to improve my SSI score.

I'm thrilled to report that by the end of the semester, I had increased my LinkedIn connections to 281 and my SSI score to 24, putting me in the top 66% of my industry and the top 56% of my network. The skills and experiences I gained throughout this course were instrumental in improving my professional brand and social selling skills, and I look forward to applying them in my future career.
