Simple Tools : There are some simple tools which help increase Employee engagement, giving a " I APPRECIATE YOU" card is one of them.

Some tips :

It is a form of recognising a good behaviour, achieving an individual milestone, doing something fast or by putting extra efforts in fulfillment of any of the stakeholder need, helping someone in need etc.

It is a positive reinforcement, the value of positive reinforcement is more when it is done immediately.

When it is given with others around, it also adds value.

Mention the reason for giving the card after the I appreciate you printed text.
