Dear Athletes,

We hope your second quarter is off to a great start! As we move further into April, it's a good time to check in on your career and health goals.

Here are some tips to keep the momentum going:

Career Check-In:

  1. Review Your Goals: Take a moment to assess your progress towards your Q2 career goals. Adjust your action plan if needed.
  2. Seek Feedback: Don't hesitate to ask for feedback from mentors or colleagues to identify areas for improvement or growth.
  3. Continue Learning: Consider enrolling in a course or workshop to enhance your skills and stay competitive in your field.

Health Check-In:

  1. Evaluate Your Routine: Are you sticking to your workout routine and healthy eating habits? Make adjustments as necessary.
  2. Stay Hydrated: Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and support overall health.
  3. Manage Stress: Incorporate relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing into your routine to manage stress levels.

Keep pushing forward and remember that every step counts. Also, a gentle reminder that Tax Day is on Monday, April 15th – ensure you have everything in order for a smooth filing process.
