Don - great article on resilience and how it is a necessary requirement and competitive advantage for both employees and leaders. Hopefully we can get our "enlightened" educational system instilling this before employment vs. establishing safe spaces, addressing triggering and micro aggressions which are contrary to adaptability, grit and resilience.
