BUILDING A LEGACY
EPOCA - Home, Palace & Hotel Concept
EPOCA is a furniture manufacturer focused on the Hospitality and Contract sector. (FF&E Supplier)
In a world of fast trends, fast fashion, and fast furniture, it is refreshing to see companies dedicated to sustainability by creating items that will last throughout generations.
What do you think?
At EPOCA we defend the second seriously.
While quality furniture obviously comes at higher price points, it also means that we keep furniture out of landfills and create incredible pieces that will retain value and beauty.
This is one of our undefeated statements.

Here at the end of the manufacturing journey, we see the products each employee has helped create, and all that we will continu e sewing, handcrafting, and creating furniture that is as healthy for the planet as it is for our community.
EPOCA’s wide range of hospitality furniture made by highly skilled artisans and craftsmen can be found in worldwide hotels. Our company has become an expert in creating long-lasting furniture for modern luxury hotels.
We learned from the last decades to give importance to the product designers, and at EPOCA we are proud to invest on product development.
Thus, when we see the sketches, we already know how it’ll be produced, how it’ll look.
We always wanted to make sure that the company’s growth was steady and sustainable.
Teeming with ideas on how to further promote our industry, we strongly advocated for product and skills development as a means to extend the longevity of our business as well as foster growth and development among the industry.
EPOCA brand remains consistent in its focus on product development, especially in developing new materials and brainstorming on materials innovation.
WRAP-UP
In an industry full of options, it is obvious that price, style, and availability are always important. However, at EPOCA we had an epiphany at some point on our history. We realized that learning the quality, history, and core-values of a company made others naturally feel more connected and more likely to want to support it.
In a scenario where many of the other variables are similar, we want our customers feel motivated to purchase from a company whose values aligned with them own.

As manufacturers it is our responsibility to educate our clients about fabrics, construction, quality, value, etc.?
Do we also have the obligation to communicate the history and core-value of our company??Do our clients care if we also chose companies who help the Earth and their communities, or is it just a nice side note?
Honestly, we are not absolute sure yet, but our gut says that it is client dependent and will continue to increase in priority with time.
Perhaps once the supply-chain rights itself, these details which were once considered a bit superfluous will hold more weight in the decision-making process. Depending on the economy, we may find that clients will continue to care more and more about who builds the pieces, and how that affects others.
As we have that paradigm shift where we start to consider what each piece of furniture represents, it takes our appreciation for hotel furnishings to a whole new level.
