We define a Lean Academy as the program or system that supports the building of capability in Lean and Continuous Improvement within an organization.
We believe the most effective and sustainable way for our clients to develop their people is help them build and manage their own internal Continuous Improvement capability.
In partnership with our Master Trainers we help organizations to set up and deliver their own programs. We then support them develop their materials, design coaching and manage accreditation.
Many of our customers begin with the delivery of the White, Yellow, Green and Black Belt Improvement Coach courses. These programs have both academic rigor and have demonstrable success in delivering results.
