Assess Your Workplace’s Current Policies
There may be barriers in your workplace that may have been inadvertently created and perpetuated within current policies. When assessing current policies take into consideration all aspects of employment, such as recruitment, selection, onboarding and retention.
Ask yourself:
What would my workplace look like if people could participate without any disadvantages?
If I had a disability, how would this work for me? What would need to change so I could fully participate equally?
