?? Document everything: Keep detailed records of all incidents and communications.

?? Follow company procedures: Adhere to your organisation’s established policies for handling complaints.

More than half of all mothers have faced some form of discrimination while pregnant, on maternity leave or on their return to work.

This highlights the importance of supporting Pregnancy in the workplace, but how can employers prevent discrimination in the workplace?

Supporting Disability Pride Month!

November is Disability Pride Month! It estimated that there are around 16.1 million people in the UK living with a disability, representing 24% of the population. The employment rate of disabled people is 53%. Compared to 82% of non-disabled people.

However, employees with a disability bring specialist knowledge and skills such as understanding the needs of disabled customers, creative problem solving, and having particular attention to detail and much more!
