Regular breaks are essential for employee well-being. Managing a diverse workforce effectively means ensuring all employees take them. Everyone benefits from a break, including those who may feel stressed, have mental health issues, or neurodiverse needs.

The Pomodoro Technique is a simple time management system that breaks your employees’ days into 25-minute chunks separated by 5-minute breaks (Pomodoro’s.)

After you’ve repeated this four times, you take a break of about 15-25 minutes. The technique will help improve your time efficiency, manage distractions, improve planning, decrease fatigue and muscle pain, and maintain motivation!

In a recent report by Headspace (sixth annual state of mind report) revealed that 86% of workers have experienced moderate, high or extreme stress in the past year.
