Building the icon you dreamed of...

....to give them the knowledge, the skills, the confidence to invest their potential into strengthening the world they live in.

I feel lucky that the business I built has gone on to become one of the more iconic in the education space. But I realise, after not much reflection, that it wasn't down to luck at all. It was the product of

...and getting some good people together, and building a basic product (that, if I'm honest, wasn't that great to start with), and convincing enough people working in education that they would get great value from it), and understanding how to match my product to their need. I spent 11 years building that company before exiting, and I went through a lot of pain and uncertainty and near despair at times, but ultimately it is one of the most creative and productive activities I have done in my life. I worked with, and for, some of the most outstanding human beings I could ever come across. And I want to come alongside you as you are on your journey, if you'll let me.

I'll try to keep it light, but substantial, and I hope it can be a conversation rather than a preach.
