Building a Human Centered Legacy

Building a Human Centered Legacy

The Accidental Leader Newsletter has helped me bring relief and hope to individuals who thought they were alone while facing professional and personal challenges. I am grateful that there were articles that inspired people to reach out for the help they needed.? Now, after more than two years of publishing the newsletter in this format it is time to take this work farther.

My next step is to teach other facilitators and mentors how to get similar results for their clients by investing my efforts into defining and delivering a Human Scale Facilitation, program and certification.? This next phase of work will draw upon the things I have experienced by being in leadership roles that were unsustainable and at times debilitating. Rebuilding myself after those roles was quite the experience and education. I have used what I learned to help others. After many years of teaching others in techniques I wished I had known in earlier years.? I will be very human and vulnerable in these training courses.? Something you will not experience from the “Class in a Can” programs that try to provide generic information.

By investing in the intentional support of leaders through very human centered methods I have consistently seen transformative results that ripple throughout entire organizations. A healthy person in a leadership role is an inoculation to the culture of any organization.

Current subscribers of The Accidental Leader will automatically transition to Human Scale Facilitation, ensuring continuity of their leadership development journey with this enhanced focus on practical facilitation methods. Follow along here for announcements, online discussions, and upcoming courses.

I am looking forward to this journey.

Excited to read more about this shift you're making Terry. I know many leaders are very tired of the "Class in a Can" and really appreciate that human centred approach.
