We're very proud to announce that our leadership development experts have been shortlisted for the Awards presented by Lumina Learning.

Firstly, ?Richard Waddell, Head?of?Leadership?Solutions and?Aurelie Bernardoni, Associate Consultant, have both been shortlisted for the Lumina Practitioner Award?for their overall work with the leadership assessments.

Secondly, Hanover's team has also been shortlisted for the?Excellence in Leadership Development Award for our work with?Dudley Building Society! ??

A while back, our Leadership Solutions team partnered with?Dudley Building Society?to assess and develop leaders and teams to increase engagement, create a robust succession plan, and develop a high-performance culture. Today,?Hanover?continues to partner with the Society to increase member-focus and develop high-performing leaders and teams.

JP Morgan Corporate Challenge: Hanover partners with Rainbow Trust Children's Charity

We're less than a month off from a big event - the?J.P. Morgan?Corporate Challenge!

?? As always, we've proudly partnered with the?Rainbow Trust Children's Charity?which supports families who have a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness. We will be donating all proceeds of the event to this fantastic charity that changes children's lives every day.

We'd love it if you would support and sponsor our team of 22 (!) volunteers who will be running/jogging/walking this challenge on Hanover's behalf. Your donations can bring a smile to a child's face or even save a life.
