I will broadcast my show through Facebook messenger voice call, Google Plus Hangouts, and or on Skype. If you want to be on my show I require that you exchange emails with me it’s more convenient that way and it helps you stay updated about my upcoming events. I prefer that we talk before you come on the show to be sure that your phone device is compatible because some of my guest speakers were unable to connect with me on Facebook messenger they connected with me on Skype.
I will fit you on the show around your schedule and once confirmed I will book you on the show My shows are recorded live I will give both speakers 30 minutes to promote their products and services and or discuss social issues that are important to them with my listeners from the podcast community. Afterwards I will upload to my podcast in all of my social groups and on all of the social networks I am on. I will continue to use my show until God blesses me with the capital from my book sell to start my Christian business.
2018 represents the year of Fruitfullness and Increase according to Genesis 9:7 As for you, be fruitful and increase in number; multiply on the earth and increase upon it. This Year’s Theme: Operation Online Exodus 2018. I am on a mission from God to share my vision with those who will listen to my plan to improve our inner cities in America and in time the slums in Africa. Servant of the Messiah Emmanuel, (GOD with Us) Matthew 1:23.
Religious people ask me are you sure God told you to do this? And if so, then why is it taking you so long to start your Christian business? I explain to them that I am on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide. On Myspace alone I’ve networked with 49,000 people. If everyone on my friends list would purchase my revised book today I could start my business within 3 months. I also explain to them that God’s timing is not our timing. Joseph waited on The Lord for 13 years, Abraham waited on The Lord for 25 years, Moses waited on The Lord for 40 years, and Jesus waited on The Lord for 30 years. Even if my Christian business does not materialize in my life time no man nor woman on Earth will change the vision my creator called me to do.
The only thing at this point which is preventing me from starting my Christian business is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my Online Talkshow, and now through my revised book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" second edition. I am just one black man with a plan and a vision Black People fail to understand that it takes a team to make a dream work.

It’s my hope that GRCAM would become the Hub in the Midwest for emerging artists and upcoming black entrepreneurs. I am seeking 30 individuals within the United States who have read my story and have the expertise that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. I am also looking for legitimate artists such as film directors, producers, actors, stage managers, fundraisers, technical directors and marketers who can assist me with the daily operation of my business. I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors.
I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in 1991 on a site called Gopher to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, in order for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago. My goal was to recruit brave and smart like minded individuals to help me start my Christian business the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago (GRCAI). GRCAM is much more than a new business endeavor it’s a new system.
The mission of (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, in order for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.
The mission of (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago to eradicate urban violence in the city of Chicago while at the same time meet the social needs of the communities and families that want to utilize our programs and services. Change the discourse around local politics by injecting community voices into political conversations through policy research, community advocacy from a grassroots perspective. Solving black issues once and for all such as poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will provide state of the art community based programs and services to inner city youth and their families in order for them to lead meaningful, productive and dignified lives. The vision I have to improve Black America and Africa isn’t available to the majority of black people and others. I believe that stifles creativity and innovation. This year I am encouraging everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups to make arrangements with me to come on the show and promote your products and services with my listeners from the podcast community. These are not just online groups for me to sell my book but rather groups for us to build our own network so we can be there for one another.
GRCAI represents a new movement in Black America which will be committed to addressing the need that goes well beyond the traditional service role of a black organization our focus is on an academic center, with strong focus on closing the gaps in African American health data by engaging research scientists to conduct innovative descriptive, explanatory and methodologic research and ongoing monitoring of socioeconomic, racial/ethnic and other social determinants of health and access to health care. GRCAI will play a vital role in the community through our economic approach, community empowerment, e-commerce, business creation and finance. GRCAI will comprise a unified body of people working towards a more prosperous outcome for the African American community.
Community Assessment
Addressing the lack of resources in our communities is an important part of our mission and a priority for the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Since needs can differ from community to community, each GRCAM staff will conduct community research. We hope through reading our reports, you will better understand GRCAM commitment to serving our urban communities and perhaps see an opportunity to partner with us in addressing our community’s needs nationwide.
Community Benefits
The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement aim to take the lead in community research in the African American community, outreach and education. We will offer charitable care and services under our nonprofit sector. My business is based on my experience I will use my story to teach our members how I came from nothing to achieving my dream by owning, sharing, and using my experience to help heal others through my Christian business called the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. We will use what we have to create something positive it’s called improvising. Only when we change ourselves can we legitimately demand change from others including the dominant culture. It is easy to criticize the white man, career politicians, and the government but it is difficult to confront ourselves. I will run my business the way I run my home drama free.
I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture through my members. Personal change is possible when we have changed ourselves, we can then change our world. The reason governments are corrupt is because government is made up of people and people are products of societies which breed them.
I am calling for new leadership in Black America I have a vision and a plan which will help advance our people and those who work with us for given a chance. 26 years established black organizations in my city have overlook my ideas yet things are getting worse especially for poor blacks who reside in the inner cities. African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality in the United States for 52 years and still black people continue to chant no justice no peace there is no substance just slogans. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism.
It’s time for us as digital citizens to create a world that we want our children to grow up in it starts by turning my ideas into action. One way African Americans can fight back without marching and protest is by purchasing my book and participating on my online talkshow until I start GRCAI in Chicago. GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into urban communities that need our talent and skills. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future.
My vision is to evolve beyond the internet and make our presence known in the city of Chicago by generating enough capital from my book sell in order for me to recruit and hire qualified individuals throughout the United States who can come to Chicago and work with me and Sister Rena with the daily operation of my business. We will use an open peer-to-peer social media campaign through my online talkshow until I am able to start GRCAI in Chicago.
I believe that building on peer-to-peer campaign is the best path forward to getting GRCAM off the ground. My aim is to empower the black community by reclaiming, rebuilding, and restoring the urban communities throughout the Midwest. I am seeking partners who share my long term vision for the future of the black community and want to help me build and start this new business endeavor. Those who support me in turn I will support them.
* Bail Reform – We will develop statewide cooperative alliance coalitions who seek to address the racial and economic inequities of cash bail and push to get our laws on the books through referendum.
* Police Reform – Advocate for the city of Chicago Council’s Public Safety Committee to implement a local ordinance mandating civilians on police trial boards.
* Increased Funding for Youth Service – Ensure equitable economic opportunities to underserved communities specifically Black youth organizations in the city of Chicago.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will be dedicated to transforming the Black community through our youth leadership development program. Our youth leadership development program will focus on building character, integrity, and accountability requirements.
Our participants will have exposure to social media activism, performing arts, and civic engagement. Our youth leadership development work will provide extra-curricular activities for young scholars in the short term and a pipeline of Black intellectuals and historically trained artists, advocates, and professionals who will incorporate cultural and racial identity by developing knowledge of structural, social, political, and economic issues. Through our community training programs we will be able to share and when possible monetize our work allowing for a uniquely independent perspective on issues impacting the urban community that we hope gain more attention in the academic and cultural mainstream.
GRCAI will serve as a resource for 21st Century community building. Members will view themselves as political ambassadors of the freedom movement in Black America. We will use spoken word and hip hop performances, documentary films, stage plays, and panel discussions as our preferred means for reaching the masses. All of our events will emphasize a focus on audience participation and allow for questions and answers. GRCAI objective is to empower young people through our arts programs, education, and civic participation. We will empower our members through our curriculum, and provide resources to aid towards their spiritual development.
To become a full-fledged social policy entity positioned to effectively address the complex issues facing African American residents in Chicago and beyond.
To become a world-renowned Black community research institution that combine academics, tactical vision and accessible communication.
To facilitate a youth leadership institution that connects social justice to the development of positive self-identity for Black youth.
GRCAI objective to improve the health and well-being of African Americans through direct advocacy, technical assistance, education, and community-based research. GRCAI will take the lead in working in high crime drug and gang infested communities throughout the Mid-West and abroad in 10 countries in Africa to advance human rights and respond to the needs of endangered populations particularly the poor, the isolated, and the displaced through the provision of comprehensive and respectful services and the promotion of permanent solutions leading to a more just global society.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will be membership based and private in order for me to weed out people who don’t care about inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions.
No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
