Building a Global Community: The Foundation of ISEI

In 2012, the International Society for Emotional Intelligence (ISEI) was formally established as a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the theory, research, and practice of emotional intelligence (EI). With a growing membership representing 36 countries across all continents, ISEI embraces a multi-disciplinary approach, welcoming professionals from fields such as education, business, medicine, and the creative arts.

ISEI’s mission is not only to promote effective applications of EI principles but also to ensure these approaches are scientifically validated. The Society emphasizes the importance of EI in improving personal relationships, workplace productivity, and overall well-being.
