Building Gigabit America at Frontier

Last week, I wrapped up my amazing, 10-week Business Analytics internship with Frontier Communications as part of their Strategy – Copper to Fiber Transformation.

My project goal was to create an insightful dashboard analyzing a segment of our customer data and perform a predictive analysis on the future wave of customers and how they would impact the company revenue. By conducting an in-depth data analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams, I contributed to developing a comprehensive roadmap for a more efficient network infrastructure.

I would like to thank the Strategy team, who guided and led me through this project. I would like to give a huge thank you to my manager, William Callahan , and my co-worker @Amy Bolton, who were always available for my questions and guided me to help make my dashboards powerful. A special shoutout also goes to my mentor, Damilola Adesoye, MBA , who gave me great insight on various corporate environments and how to work effectively with various teams. I also got to collaborate with two other brilliant interns on my team, Miranda Chastain and Tony Pleitez, MBA . Lastly, I would like to thank Christina Mbagwu, MSHRM, SHRM-CP and Kayla Smith from the HR team for making this internship a very memorable experience!

This internship meant a lot to me and taught me some very valuable skills, both personally and professionally. I got to collaborate with various people, expand my business knowledge, and enhance my skills along the way. It provided an avenue to meet and connect with new people and build strong friendships with them. This internship was so fun and will definitely stick with me!
