Our design team was on hand to celebrate the completion of Steamboat 20, one of four towers located at Steamboat Square in the city of Albany and the first phase in the revitalization of the entire public housing complex.?

We're pleased to celebrate the completion Johnson Park Green Community Apartments in Utica, NY. Designed to Passive House standards, it won a NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence Award in 2021. We are proud to be part of the project.

Today, we celebrated the grand opening of the Marketplace Senior Apartments in Henrietta! This innovative project, developed by Rochester's Cornerstone Group, transformed a former movie theater into 150 affordable, accessible apartments for seniors, right in the heart of Monroe County. Monroe County is proud to be a funding partner, contributing $250,000 through our HOME Investment Partnerships Program. These apartments provide much-needed age-in-place units for low-income seniors, offering 45 supportive units and project-based rental assistance from Rochester Housing Authority and Fairport Urban Renewal Agency. Deputy County Executive Jeff McCann joined today on behalf of County Executive Adam Bello to cut the ribbon and deliver remarks. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this critical development a reality! Thank you especially to our friends and partners in Roger Brandt, Ryan Brandt, Leonard Skrill, and Henrietta Town Supervisor Stephen Schultz for bringing this project to life and engaging with Monroe County all along the way.
