Building An Evergreen Course Sales Machine In 3 Simple Steps

One of the greatest feelings in the world is having a highly profitable, automated sales funnel generating course sales month after month.

For many course business owners, these course funnels are foundational to supporting the business’s monthly recurring revenue.

For other course creators, those types of funnels are an elusive dream. Unfortunately, most people who try to scale an evergreen course funnel, FAIL.

It costs them money, months of development, and it generally cripples their business when it doesn’t work out. Being forced to go back to delivering 1:1 services just to keep the lights on is so disheartening.

So what makes some course funnels work and others crash and burn?

The answer is in the process. If you want to take shortcuts to get a course funnel live and profitable really fast, you’re headed for disaster.

There are no quick hacks.

Instead, you want to build an?Evergreen Sales Machine. Like all machines, you need an ignition to start it, and you need fuel to keep it running.

There are only 3 phases to create an ESM and if you try to skip to the next phase before you’re ready, you will never scale.

Phase 1: Hype & Fill

After building your audience and refining your superpower, you should, by this point, have a really strong brand and a ton of experience in getting people results. In Phase 1, it’s all about creating hype around your course. Your course should solve a really critical need for your audience, and it should focus on something you’re known for.

Remember, anticipation is what sells the course; the more people you can get involved in the initial launch, the better. When it comes time to actually open the doors to your course, it should fill with students like a tsunami. That’s when you know you’ve successfully “ignited” the Evergreen Sales Machine. If your initial launch flopped and your audience didn’t care about your course, it will not work in an ESM.?(Find out how to fix that)

Phase 2: Deliver & Capture

So you’ve sold your course like crazy, and now you have a ton of eager students staring at you with hopeful eyes. Now is the time to deliver on your promises. You want this course to be so good that it’s almost impossible for your students to fail. Quick wins, amazing results and happy customers are what you’re aiming for.

From there, you want to capture testimonials and social proof. Literally harvest your student results and pull out all of the amazing success stories, triumph tales and transformational results. This social proof is critical fuel for keeping your ESM running profitably.

Phase 3: Buy New Students

As the dust has settled and you’ve collected as much social proof as you can, it’s time to apply some of that initial course sales revenue into acquiring new customers - it’s time to buy yourself a bunch of new students! It doesn’t matter what platform you use to run ads; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or Google all work depending on your niche.

An Evergreen Sales Machine simply converts someone on the internet who has never met you, knows nothing about you or what you do, into a paying customer quickly. The fastest, cheapest and most effective way to do this is to send those strangers into a Conversion Event. Traditionally webinars have been one the most successful models, but they’re not your only option.

The purpose of a Conversion Event is to help the soon-to-be new student realise and understand the problem they’re experiencing and how your course is THE answer to that problem. You’ll be using an insane amount of social proof (as collected in Phase 2) to help these people make an informed decision based on trust and integrity.

And that’s how you run an Evergreen Sales Machine.?You don’t cut corners, there are no quick hacks, and you can’t fake your way through it.

But what do you do if you’re struggling to get people to buy your course, either in a launch or a sales funnel?

Did you know there are only 3 reasons why someone wouldn’t buy your course!

These objections are universal and cover every single niche.

In this video, I share exactly how to avoid and resolve them throughout your sales process. If you do this well, your course will be flooded with new students over and over again!
