Building the employee experience community
With under a month to go until ExChange – the employee experience event - it’s great to hear from so many friends, colleagues and clients about their excitement to attend a conference focused solely on employee experience.
ExChange has been a year in the making. In Josh Bersin’s 2017 predictions he told us that the future of work is here and HR is in the hot seat, and it was this desire to support and drive the employee experience movement which led us to launch ExChange, bringing together the employee experience community to challenge ourselves about what the coming years hold for our organisations.
The last year has been phenomenal in terms of employee experience. Where previously many of us were still making the case for employee experience design to be given as much credence as customer experience strategies, now we are witnessing an ever-growing list of organisations who are paying serious attention to the holistic experience they deliver to their people. In this time we’ve seen the role and profile of employee experience professionals grow at an incredible rate as organisations sew EX into their culture, design and strategy.
I’ve been so excited to see the speaker roster grow into an extraordinary roll call of industry leaders and incredible employers. If you are someone who is focused on the Future of Work, be that as a thinker, academic or employer we would delighted for you to join the ExChange community. We’re all aware of the staggering rate at which our workplaces and the world around is changing, and for me May 24th marks the next stage for our organisations equipping themselves with the knowledge they need to survive in the future, with HR at the forefront. I can’t wait to see you there.
