Building an emPIEre
Located in Cleveleys a stone’s throw away from the sea front, Charlie James Pie and mash is all about serving up crustworthy smiley pies to their customers. They press all of their pies themselves daily with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, a true family run business named after the owners’ six-year old son. With a strong community feel and built on family values, the authentic welcome you receive makes Charlie James an experience eatery their competitors can’t compare to.
When it came to building their brand, they knew the perfect creative team they wanted to help with their vision. We created a new, inclusive brand based upon their values, then applied it across digital content for social media, a website, print materials such as menus and loyalty cards, display signage and window graphics.
Instore, we consulted on interior elements and design considerations to help create a strong sense of the brand’s image from the moment you step inside, and ensure a continuity of branding from webpage to store.
We got the opportunity to be there on the grand opening weekend when all our hard work was revealed. It was fantastic to see how it had been brought together (and brought to life) in the space. The food was also fantastic and we now have our first order ready for when they start their delivery service.
Our clients say... “Think!Creative made the daunting prospect of creating a brand from absolute scratch both enjoyable and interesting. Including Charlie in the concept and the online graphics has made him feel like an important part of the process, which he is! The comments we have had have all been extremely positive. We are delighted with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Think!Creative to others. In Charlie's own words, 'I am very proud of my mummy and daddy for working so hard to get our shop open' and Think!Creative played a big part in us being so successful.”
