This is why, amid plots dubbed "the heart of Dubai," we named our flagship project The Heart of Europe under Kleindienst Group. Nestled among the World Islands, just 6 kilometers from Dubai's coast, it epitomises Dubai's transcontinental vision. Valued at $5 billion USD, it encompasses six islands, each meticulously crafted to cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The Heart of Europe transcends being merely a project; it materialises our visionary aspirations.

What sets The Heart of Europe apart is its commitment to go beyond the ordinary. We have unveiled unprecedented innovations, from the world's first floating and underwater living experience to luxurious features such as the Underwater Hotel with gym and spa, dedicated wedding and a 5-star family hotel, climate-controlled Raining Street and the captivating Outdoor Snow Plaza. The Heart of Europe has set new standards for luxury living and tourism, redefining the very concept of opulence.

However, innovation alone isn't enough. Sustainability is the cornerstone of our vision. Dubai's commitment to renewable energy and initiatives like COP28 align perfectly with our values. At The Heart of Europe, we have integrated sustainable practices into every facet of our development.
