We are thrilled to announce our latest initiative aimed at fostering diversity, inclusion, and innovation in the technology sector. As an organization committed to breaking down barriers and providing opportunities for those traditionally underrepresented in tech, we are actively seeking curious individuals who possess a holistic perspective, demonstrate leadership potential, thrive on collaboration, and embrace inclusivity. Join us in our quest to build a vibrant community where everyone's unique talents are celebrated and valued.

Current Impact:

We're proud to have provided over 1000+ hours of 1:1 mentorship for those experiencing barriers to advancement in tech careers. Our open-source project increased access to over $8 million in funds for under-resourced students, and we've partnered with or provided support to organizations like Black UX, Wounded Warriors, Girls Who Code, local food banks, and also from across the digital transformation spectrum. Additionally, we offer open-source content such as webinars, a podcast, and research reports to the tech community, reaching 1.2K individuals.
