What is a Project definition?

Quite simply, your project definition tell you what a project is and what it is not. There are 3 fundamental components to project definition.

The first is the :

• Goal -?This answers the question what do we want?
• Objectives -?This answers the question how do we want it?
• Scope -?Which answers the question how much do we want?

A good project definition will answer the question what is in scope but also will answer the question what is out of Scope. In building construction projects, there are 4 important stages from which the construction will start to end. These are

• Initial Stage.
• Tendering and Contracting Stage.
• Execution stage.
• Post Construction Stage.
