Together, with you, we're on a MISSION to CRUSH POVERTY in Erie, PA
When Erie Playhouse PLAYtime coordinator Ms. Trish enters a room singing, speaking, clapping or dancing, you can't help but pay attention! We recently spoke to her about her role that goes well beyond all the incredible ways she brings PLAYtime to life for students and families.?
“Ms. Trish is not only on board with any request we have as community school directors, but often approaches us with ideas for future projects, events and collaborations. She has done so much more than just bring PLAYtime into our schools - she supports family engagement events, field trips, after-school and summer programming. She takes into consideration the needs of the schools, teachers and community school directors and builds her ideas around our input. She is a true partner in every aspect of the word." - Shanna Potter, United Way community school director at Harding Elementary
"Ms. Trish is an important asset to the students at Grover Cleveland, “Through PLAYtime, our costume design club and her overall love and support of our community school, Ms. Trish exemplifies a true partner! She is always willing to find ways to bring the playhouse and all they offer to our families and students.” - Sara Musone, United Way community school director at Grover Cleveland Elementary?
“Ms. Trish and the PLAYtime programming bring so much to our school. The virtual PLAYtime lesson she designed was literally a children's television show! She also created all of the adapted songs for the upcoming Excellent Ed performance, in her “spare” time! When I reached out to her about our Masked Reader presentation, within seconds she had a plan in place and was ready to roll! We are lucky to work with her in any capacity!" - Bailey Pituch, United Way community school director at Union City Elementary
“Ms. Trish and the Erie Playhouse is SUCH an asset to our school and community! Our students get so excited every week when they get to experience PLAYtime! Miss Trish goes above and beyond with collaboration and bringing new and exciting events and opportunities to our families. She works so hard to make a child's experience nothing less than magical.” - Tammy Rader, United Way community school director at Elk Valley Elementary
