I have navigated the challenging waters of self-improvement, particularly in overcoming shyness and social anxiety. I remember standing on the fringes of professional networking events, feeling like an outsider in a world where communication and relationships seemed to be the currency of success. Through my journey, I learned the immense value of confidence, both in social and professional settings, and I want to share with you the strategies that have transformed not only my career but also my personal life.
Confidence, I learned, isn’t something you are born with; it's something you build. In professional networking events, I started by setting small, achievable goals for myself. Initiating conversations with just one or two people and gradually increasing my targets helped me slowly build my confidence.
